Love Sri Lanka Jobs Portal: The First Ever Tourism Industry Dedicated Jobs Portal in Sri Lanka

Love Sri Lanka Jobs is Sri Lanka Tourism Alliance’s latest initiative to enable a more seamless experience for job seekers as well as employers in Sri Lanka’s tourism industry. Love Sri Lanka Jobs is the only portal in Sri Lanka with a dedicated tourism industry focus, where all current employment opportunities in tourism can be listed in one single portal, making it easier for employers to find the right staff for their tourism business.

Easy to use for both job seekers and potential employers

The portal has been carefully designed keeping the end user in mind. There are multiple features enabling ease of use for employers of every scale from large enterprises to small and micro businesses, to upload their jobs onto the platform with minimal effort. The job seekers too will be able to browse the listings under all main categories and segments in the tourism trade such as Front Office, F&B, Tour Guides and Naturalists to more head office focused roles including Marketing & Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Finance. The portal allows users to create job listings in all 3 main languages – Sinhala, Tamil and English, based on recruiting preferences.
